I've been hiding in my house because of this , can't even take a walk to calm me down its so hot

Almost had a panic attack earlier...I was right on the edge....I swore I was getting heatstroke. Still up and can't go to sleep....not panicked. ...just can't sleep for some reason.

Seriously is so annoying how when Is this hot or cloudy hot humid I start getting panicky and anxious. Frustrating.
