Hey everyone!
Every so often (sometimes every night, sometimes less frequently) I wake up drenched in sweat, literally wiping it off my chest with a towel before going back to sleep. I've been experiencing this for almost two years now, and it is making me nervous. Is this a common experience for people with anxiety, or could it be something more serious? Like everything else, this "symptom" exacerbates my HIV anxiety, although I know logically it can be symptomatic of a number of things (especially since I have tested negative 4 times), even something so simple as sharing a bed with another warm body. Anyway, I just wanted to know whether other people suffer from this on a frequent basis and if anyone has received any medical advice on it in the past. Thanks :)
