So for the last several months my anxiety and OCD have been down to near zero. Recently a weird non anxiety related pain came up and started to trigger it a little. I regained control and now i have a big trip for a car show This weekend 6 hours away from home. I am not freaking out now, but im worried that i will be when i get there. Wow, i have anxiety about having anxiety....sad.. Anyone have any tips for taking trips?
