Shoulder prob or something worse!

For the past months I have been having problems with my shoulder it began after a couple months after my anxiety began. My shoulder has a lesser range of motion, I have weaker hands on the left side, and arm pressure. My shoulder hurts when I use it a lot or if I sit incorrectly! I have bad posture! But, it feel more like tension then anything! But I googled my problem and goggle says it could be a tumor which scares me, being I'm a hypochondriac! Please hell does anyone else experience this?!

I've gone through bouts of this type of thing. My left arm including shoulder was strange feeling and weak, went on for a week about. My neck has been sore for 5 weeks now, and I wonder about a tumor. I think it's just tension, I've read other stories on here.
