I'm just plain bored now of feeling anxious or depressed or having OCD symptoms. It sometimes seems like my brain has to have at least one of these going on at any given time, like if i'm not anxious I feel depressed, if I'm not depressed I get OCD thoughts. I almost prefer the OCD as at least I can rationalise that away to some extent. I get past one source of anxiety and then another turns up. I know the key is to accept the anxiety not avoid anything that might cause it but really I'm bored of self help books, websites, writing shit down and thinking about my personality issues.

Then I get guilty for complaining cos my symptoms are mild compared to what a lot of people go through.

Sorry not a terribly interesting post just wanted to vent a bit.
