I'm having anxiety tonight also. My husband works midnights and I get crazy anxious being here alone all night

Oh goodness, what do I NOT feel! Anxious, scared.... More specific, can't catch my breath/get a deep breath, the weird feeling that my heart is in my throat, dry mouth, can't sleep, etc

I totally understand how you feel.
except mine are quite different, I get a racing heart, dry mouth, and shortness of breath and when its really severe i get nauseas.
