Does anyone ever have bouts of anxiety?? Like 5 or 10mins and then it goes away???

I just had one a few hours ago. Throat got tight.. and just went away.. lasted about 10min. Nothing compared to what I have but it hit me like bricks

Yes that's me my stomach is all in knots and nervous then it's over and I feel really relived it just drives me that it does it at all then it doesn't help that its so hot during the day and nothing to do it makes u so miserable
