Some of the worst anxiety yet

I was drinking water the yesterday and it came out my nose and I snorted it back in and it burned fairly bad and now I have the fear of N. Fowleri. I have a headache behind my eyes and feeling of a stiff neck also. The water was city water. Is it possible for me to have it. I can't shake the feeling of having it no matter how much I think of the reason I don't.

Not sure what part of the world you're from; but I use tap water to flush out my sinuses (netti pot) all the time, and never caught a brain eating amoeba. I wouldn't sweat it...
