Everyday I feel better. I've been eating handfuls of seeds throughout the day and overall anxiety has been a lot better.. why? Rich in magnesium.. and great for u also. U should try them. They are easily absorbed also :-)

Shame wholefoods are pricey in UK. Just tried eating a handful...damn my big hands. I've been chewing for 4 minutes straight

PS Walnuts are very rich in magnesium too. I bought a large amount of wholefoods - walnuts, peanuts, raisins, dried fruit, almonds, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp seeds all in one large tuppa ware box. Lots of different minerals and such in one go. Good times.

If they're not so appealing taste wise put them in a smoothie along with fruit and veg. Very easy way to get some of the healthiest foods going in one fell swoop.

All I could find was dry roasted sunflower kernels? That right?

Pumpkin seeds is one of the most magnesium rich foods out there.. 1 oz has over 150 mg! Spinach and kale are also loaded.
