prozac not working

Ive been on prozac for months now just three weeks ago upped to 40mg im still where i started if not worse should I change? thanks x

You may need to up them an then see if there's any change,I'm on 50g of sertraline (Zoloft) I've been on it for five weeks and I've not had a anxiety attack,I sleep and eat ok again,the first week on them was not gr8 I felt abit out of it and foggy head but that soon went,I know it's early days but I feel ok on them :)
