I read so many side effects of beta-blockers! I am now terrified to take them :/

Is it rare that you can get heart attacks from them?

I am so paranoid!

No it will just block some of the adrenaline from making you so nervous. They have been around many years and are safe if a doc checks you for asthma or existing heart issues first. The doc knows the deal here. Alankay
