Muscle/nerve twitching

Hello everyone, how many of you experience muscle twitching?

My fingers constantly twitch up and down, leg muscles will twitch, i know its a common symptom of anxiety but sometimes it feels like it isnt, would really like to hear some responses

Have it sometime but usually when I spend hours in the gym lol

my right eye twitches a bunch if I don't get enough sleep or am stressed over an extended peripd of time.

but I get them all thw time in my muscle, it's nothing serious it happen to everyone I beleive

I get it everyday. Mainly when I'm in my bed. My legs and arms twitch.

Everyday day, since irregular anxiety began. When resting. Legs, hands ,fingers etc
