Hi everyone,
I am happy to have found this forum. I have had anxiety for as long as I can remember and it is the worst it has ever been now. I have started having panic attacks now and need to do something to help change all of this. I have a little boy and never want to go anywhere, even though I want to for him. It's just gotten out of control! I don't have insurance for myself, so I can not speak to a professional. I have tried the medication route in the past and it wasn't for me. I am hoping to share my story and get some tips on where to start, to help nip this in the butt so I can be the mom I want to be and that my son deserves!
