So I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks really bad and at the same time I am on the birth control pill, however I always miss it and always stop and start it and its just really irregular now and I'm worried its affecting me? Does anyone know if there are any dangers of that? (Besides getting pregnant). A lot of the time my mind is so pre occupied that I just forget. I'm thinking of going off it and finding something less fussy. Please help me out someone as I'm getting really worried.

I have health anxiety- always thinking that I have something really wrong with my health. I try to tell myself that I'm ok but sometimes it just doesn't work. I am much better than I used to be but still not 100% better

I know that starting and stopping it isn't the best for you. It won't hurt you, it's just not the best for your body. However, it's probably the best option for someone with anxiety. Maybe you could set an alarm or something? I know the other options have very scary side affects. I know a few people that have gotten very sick off being on the mirana(sp?). Just make sure to research before you make a decision!! :)
Messing with the way you take the pill could be messing with your hormones. I have had terrible trouble with hormones for years and would suggest that you start to take it regularly or see your doctor about something else because you don't want to mess with your hormones - it will cause you lots of problems.
