So if is not a skipped beat its an extra beat which is just whats have experienced. After having a nice day in the sun with my son swimming not feeling anxious I come home he's having a nap I'm chilling out on the sofa and the extra heart beat came and has freaked me out?!!!

I can't take much more of these :(

Yeah ... Very fast beating / palpitations ( or so it seems ) as wen I check my pulse its normal :-/

Yeh same here ive been busy on and off all day just sat down after doing my ironing and thud I get an extra beat ... they scare me silly also sometimes get rhe feeling my heart is stopping but these feelings tend to be on a night when im in bed.. do you get them everyday ??

Yeah I get them every day pretty much and usually when I'm relaxing!! It's so scary.

Its normal if you relax that your heart palpilates it has to calm down from activity.
