Anxiety related?

I keep needing a sudden urge to go to the poop... Which is usually diahhrea. Before I go to toilet I get a stomach cramp which travels down to my private area? What could this be or is it just anxiety trying its best to scare me?

i would always get same before an attack.. it's part of the body's natural fight or flight response.

Don't worry.. I get this aswell.. not all the time but it happends to me

As soon as I start to get anxious or have a panic attack, I feel like I need to use the washroom.

Yes, this happens to me as well. It's pretty typical for the excess adrenaline caused by anxiety to speed up the motility (contractions) in your digestive tract. Thus, the diarrhea. My doctor gave me Librax, which relaxes the intestinal tract and slows down the motility. It helped me quite a bit. Perhaps you could talk with your doc about it.
