I wasn't nervous or panicky and i had a heart palp... Then another one about 10sec later. Idk what to think... Felt like a deep thud in my chest

I never feel scared or anxious when I have a thumping palpitation. Sometimes it just happens.

I usually don't either but then I get real anxious after that ..... Assuming the worst

That's certainly understandable, but no one has ever died from a heart palp! They're pretty much harmless.

Having one isn't so bad, but when it's a few at time, it's hard to blow it off

Sometimes i feel like its trapped gas because i only get them after eating or drinking :/

It could be. I palm my chest like burping a baby and I get a buzzing feeling and it helps.

I have dozens of palps every day. They are annoying but harmless. I have had them checked out extensively. They can be caused by a number of things including stress, fatigue, and caffeine.

So i havent had nothing today but tea.. But havent had tea in a few days.. Could this b the reason???

Palps are my worse symptom and sometimes I get them on and off for days on end they make me feel veey anxious weak shaky and nauseous and a lot of the time start out of nowhere when im feeling fine then it sets me up for a bad day veey scary x
