Has anyone tried these for anxiety? If so do they help at all ? How long do they get into your system ? Do they have any side effects etc etc

I sincerely doubt they have any side effects. In general it's best to maintain a healthy diet and remove the processed sugars and fats etc. But changes in diet can take some time to make you feel better in general. Few weeks or a month or so I imagine. But these changes must go hand in hand with doing your best to understand your anxiety, accepting it's what you have and removing the fear and worry that fuels the anxiety. Eating healthily is all well and good but if your way of thinking/worrying is still unhealthy then it won't be the instant cure you're hoping for.
