anxiety is a pain in the ass

new here

been suffering with anxiety for the last 7 months...jesus..already that long...its been a real pain in the ass with it affecting my life anyways...im tired of feeling awful and trying to find help and hopefully some answers

Most of us here ,know the feeling!!!

Talk to your doctor and get some meds.....a psychiatrist is a good option as well!

You are not alone. Mine since October more than 9 mos. I take Zoloft 100 mil since Oct but still have anxiety and depression. I have good days but I guess once you have anxiety it's like having allergies you will always have it especially during a stressful time. Hang in there you are not alone

just as everyone else said..you arnt alone :) I try to come on this site every day and it always perks me up a little bit
