So tonight my heart isn't beating to fast but it's beating hard and it's really noticeable just on bed trying to sleep and that's all I can feel. Is this normal?

Yep, awareness of your heartbeat, and pounding are normal and classic anxiety symptoms. Nothing to worry about.
