Hi, my question is about anxiety/depression and decision making.
I am very good at gathering information before making a decision i.e. I will look at all the alternative possibilities and weight up the pros and cons. I have difficulty making decisions though, particularly big decisions.
For example, I am currently in rented accommodation and I must decide whether to buy a house or move into another rented flat/house. I have weighed up the benefits and limitations of each alternative and I have found a flat I would like to rent and a house I would like to buy. The anxiety surrounds the fact that I may make the wrong decision (I believe).
Are there any tools/techniques that people use to help with the decision making process?
