anxiety help needed

I had that experience with Zoloft, it was awful.

I think you have to give it time and not every med will suit everyone I'm on Zoloft and I've been on it got five weeks and it working amazing :)

Sometimes a person has to try a few different medications before they find the right one that works best for them..

Also.. It can take 4-6 weeks from when you first start taking the meds to feel any relief at all.

I have had good experiences w Zoloft.. I have also heard good things about lexapro, and Paxil..

I don't know much about Prozac..

I've been on prozac for years and it can raise anxiety before lowering it. If you can tolerate it stay with it. Alankay

Prozac worked really well for me during one of my bouts of depression. Sadly it has not worked this time. Like Alankay says you do need to stick with it and give it a chance to work and help you.
