Headache!

Does anyone else have constant headaches? I know everything's fine and healthy but still worry about the whole brain tumour thing?! I basically have headaches 24/7! Any ideas or self help tips please?!

The headache may be due to tense. I have these a lot. I got to a massage speciality who focuses on relieve tension headache. The maybe something you can try.
