I have gad but i also have adhd can that make a significant differenece ?

I have ADHD and I was wondering if that would make anxiety for me worse ? People have Sao yes,maybe and no So I'm confused

Your anxiety level will get as bad as you let it! That's goes for anyone! My son has ADHD , and shows some signs of anxiety. However he's still 7 years old, if I see the signs I know how to redirect him, and he dose fine! You gotta redirect your thought process. And understand what anxiety is, and what it dose. It is ok to think positive, and not get to caught up in your thoughts. That's what makes anxiety disabling. You are in no more risk of worst anxiety as I am! But you must grab it by the horns, and show who's boss!
