Crystal and Aura Healing for anxiety?

Hello!

I have had ocd, adhd and generalized anxiety since I was a kid. The symptoms went away out of the blue when I was about 18 until last fall at age 24. I recently have had a very hard time the past week feeling anxious 24/7 and so stressed that I now feel like I am "high" all the time. I feel this is depersonalization? Anyways I was trying to conceive baby #2 before I had this nervous breakdown and I want to remain drug free. I am going today to see a energy healer who works with crystals and aura/chakra cleansing. Anyone done this before to help with anxiety?

Yes! I do Reiki regularly with a practitioner that uses some of these kinds of medicines in his Reiki work. I feel like it has been extremely beneficial for me. It's very relaxing and it definitely helped me release some negative energy and tension that I was holding on to.
