120bpm after family fight

I'm scared my heart is not calming down.. it's been like close to 2hours ago that there was a big fight in my family and cops got here and all..
should I go to the ER! I can't seem to all down.. I know my anxiety disorder doesn't help.. :/

Everytime I have a small argument with my mum I have major anxiety and racing heart for more or less the full day, try not to focus on it and calm yourself down in your own way. The more your calm, the more your heart rate is going to decrease! It is totally normal
