At work have this pain top of my chest it's so sore I'm panicking I'm about to die and my heart won't stop racing an it feels like the pain is on my back as well please I'm so worried someone help me

I was exactly like that today at work. I began to panic due to a bad back and stomach cramp I then felt as if I wasn't in my own body. How did yours progress?

Mine was awful went on for ages thought I was going to have a heart attack and die!!!!

hi, I had tachycardia or have still don't know, but I also worried about same thing which gets me to point you are, one thing that works to calm my self is breathing through nose with belly and exhaling through mouth slow using the mouth making slight noise and doing it till its gone.
