Hi all, I'm new here since I feel like I need that extra bit of support from those who are going through the same (or similar) things.

My problem has a bit of a backstory so thanks in advance for listening.

In September of Last year I started my second year of University, I went and sat in a lecture as normal and started throughout the lecture (2hours total) I drank a bottle of water. Now nature decided to take its course but since the lecture was almost over I thought I could hold everything in, well the lecturer decided to run over so when push came to shove I just got up and walked (quickly) out. The days after and since then every time I go into any lecture I get this feeling like I have to go, even though I don't.

I have spoken to my GP who has done the required tests to make sure its not a UTI and I'm all clear. I take Kalms which helps for things like if I am driving but the thought of sitting in a lecture just throws me. It's stupid because I can sit here now and rationally tell myself that two hours is nothing, I sit in work for longer. As soon as I can in the lecture though it's a different story.

Obviously this has affected my grades and the Uni has helped a little bit for exams and stuff but if you're not in a lecture you're not learning much - any help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks.
