Sorry you're feeling anxious, I don't like to be left alone when I'm feeling vulnerable either. But at least you know it's a trigger for you, and that nothing is wrong, you just get anxious when he leaves. It's hard to think rationally sometimes when you're anxious, but hope knowing that it's a trigger gives you some kind of comfort that you are ok.
