Has anyone experienced a feeling of electricity in the chest?

Hello All, I was at an outside party and one of my favorite songs came on. I got excited and started dancing a little to much. All of a sudden I felt an electric shock in my chest, where my heart is at, at I felt electricity and my heart race. I feel like I was going to die, I think I was going crazy. Can anyone relate?

No but ive felt like a stabbing on the chest as if I was getting shocked. Maybe thats it? Does it sound a bit familiar?
