Smelling cigarette smoke randomly

When I'm feeling very anxious, I sometimes smell cigarette smoke, asif somebody is smoking right next to me!! I don't smoke, neither does anyone in my house.
Has anyone else had this ??

I haven't had that but I think I've heard something and it really freak me out I feel like I'm going mad at times
