Yes I even went and saw a neurologist for it. All tests clear...

OMG yes lol.. I used to think I was having seizures all the time.. I had anxiety related tremors! So I would really get scared when I started shaking!

But once I was anxiety free the shaking stopped.. Tht proved to me it was simply anxiety.. Hard as it is to believe..

Interesting. When I'm chatting with someone I don't usually chat with like on the phone or say a lunch meeting, I get chilly and shaky. It's the weirdest thing. I don't feel anxious but now I wonder what it's all about. It's like I'm sitting outside in shorts and a tank too in 30 degree weather.

I'm so glad to Know that I'm not alone. I don't really get the shakiness it's just weird head movements. It's sucks!! Anxiety sucks big time
