So I went to Mc Donalds and ate a grilled chicken sandwich and a medium fry... Not even a hour and half later my sugar dropped to 79. Any other time starchy foods like fries always keep it elevated for at least 3hours. Has this happened to anyone who is pre diabetic or diabetes?? I don't take meds just duet controlled
