Still feel sick

I've been to the doctors today and he has put me on 40mg propanolol 3 times a day to go with my 40mg of citalopram

I have just been to sleep as I have been exhausted, and woken up and I still feel no better and even more scared

I have a constant sick/butterfly feeling in my stomach that I can't get rid of. I'm even struggling to eat

Please someone help me I can't cope :(

Babe that will go its an awful feeling u have to give it a while to start by tomorrow evening u should be feeling abit better x

How long have you been on these ? I find propanol really good just give them a few days

Good,that's all I've ever taken for my anxiety for years up untill four weeks ago and I'm now on 50g sertraline but I no longer take the propanol as I don't need both but I know it's there if I do need it

I'm the same I was given diazepam yesterday and just knowing I've got it helps me lol it's all mind over matter really but these herbal drops are really helping x

What are herbal drops and where do u get them from?
I think that's the same with me, just knowing I've got them makes me feel better!
