I'm just trying to put any negative thoughts to the back of my Mind and make myself busy I've been taking rescue remedy today which has helped abit x ill only take the diazepam if I'm really bad like when I travel etc

How do you find the rescue remedy? Are you on any other Meds? How's the thoughts ?

Just sertraline rescue remedy and diazepam when I need it x
