Sudden brief dizziness, head rush and slightly faint feeling

I sometimes get a split second feeling of dizzyness, feel slightly faint, and it comes with what feels like a head or adrenaline rush. It lasts seconds.. I don't get scare just concern what it could be! have any of you guys experience this,??

Yes.. I have definitely had dizzy and faint spells that were exclusively related to anxiety.. If you read through this boards posts.. You will see a lot of people list that as a top symptom..

That head pressure aswell! :/ I hate it!!
