How long or short can a panic attack last??

I just started feeling it arise felt my pulse going fast.. Both thumbs got tingly really fast, I took deep breaths and 15secs gone. Is this a panic attack??

I was laying in bed felt that flutter feeling in chest. Sat up quickly.. Breathed, heart rate went back to norm all within 20 secs.. Wow

So long as you don't feed the situation with fear and worry it'll disappear very quickly usually.
