anxious and cant sleep

Having a hard time sleeping tonight. Not able to fall asleep. Feel a little anxious also. I know that i shouldnt be feeling this way but i cant help it at the moment. If anyone would like to talk im here.

I use to have it all the time, and sometimes i still do a little, its soooo rough, and hard to fall asleep when your mind is racing ( along with your heart :P).

it's passed midnight at my end and I am wide awake worried about tomorrow. Usually I watch Tv and pass out on the couch or listen yo a audiobook but this hasn't seem to work for a week now . Any tips or trick?
