Im in hospital and still can't relax

Everytime they come in to check my blood pressure, hr, or temp and I see a fluctuation I get freaked out. My body temp was 96.6 and now I'm freaky

That's normal to see it fluctuating. You're in a stressful situation in a stressful place. Remember that all the nurses and doctors do all day is see patients.. If there was something that wasn't ordinary they would be able to recognize it and fix it.
