Panic Away. Has anyone tried it?

I saw this thing on google, as I'm sure many of you have. This ad for this book and a bunch of DVDs for this program called "Panic Away". I downloaded the book off of a torrent website, but I couldn't afford the $70 for DVDs. If it's really worth it though, I would definitely buy it. Has anybody tried this program? Or is it just another scam? They talk about something called the 21-7 technique. Idk. Supposedly over 60,000 people were really helped by this product, but that could just be marketing. Has anyone ever looked into this program or know of anyone who has tried it?

All I have is an iPad. Are the DVDs for the PC? Or can you watch them on tv?
