Tell me this... Are heart palps completely 100 percent normal for all people??? Or are we anxious folk the only ones who get these things??? Is it a proven fact the everyone big small large tall healthy and not healthy .... We all will get these? I've never heard of this until I got anxiety ?

Dude.... They suck I know, As far as I know they are a common symptom of Anxiety. I get them 24/7

Was 122 yesterday checked bp it wad normal juz heart palpitation.. it sucks big time i hv started fighting with it..
