I am about a month off my medication I was taking paxel. Since being off the meds I have had increasing problems with my anxiety acting up. Sometimes it's simply like my mind racing other times its physical symptoms. Has anyone experienced this? I know you cannot cure anxiety but I feel I have no better control on it. Is this all just a bad side effect of coming off the meds like a wash out period?
