i find that calm, nostalgic music helps me relax. Sometimes i listen to song from video games i played in my childhood or just some of my favorite songs from my past.

When I am walking in the lake I put pandora u2 radio. And to make meditation and yoga I put yoga songs/relaxing. And when rarely I have difficulty to sleep sounds of rain is the best! See for yourself!
