Trying to pluck up the courage to tell my sister tomorrow. Has anyone else got experience in confiding in loved ones? How did it go?

I told my sister and she reacted fine with it all and gave me full support. Anyone who loves or cares about you will give you full support. You'll be fine.

I told my sister in law to be recently, I was very worried because I reckoned she'd be a snap out of it kinda person but was very surprised when she confided that she has had panic attacks before

Itll be fine youd be surprised how thoughful and understanding people can be
