Hello again. I have posted 3 times but they're haven't showed up! So I will try a short version !
I had panic disorder 10 years ago.. Completely went away after taking Paxil for 3 years
On may 5th I had a massive panic attack at work I think I know the cause of this bout of anxiety. I have a fear of going to the doctors! And I had an appt. coming that I had put off for years.
My doctor RX me Ativan so I would be able to have the much dreaded blood work I needed. However my attacks at home increased by just the thought of it all! So he put me on Paxil 10MG a day I still put off the blood work. But did get the physical. He increased me to 15MG. wanted to do 20 but I wanted to go slower. I was able to get the blood work done, that came back excellent ! And I have been feeling somewhat better. However I do still have mild bouts of attacks. But I overcome them fairly quickly. I do however have physical symptoms all day long even tho I am calm! I'm not sure if it is anxiety or medication at this point.
Headache ( head pressure ) hard to focus!
Sore shoulders and neck
Mild nausea ( very loud growling in my stomach! )
And sorry to say but diarrhea ! ; (
Any feedback would be great!
