My anxiety levels are through the roof! My partner is away in Australia (I'm in nz) and I'm freaking out! We only talk once a day if that and at the moment we are having a fight cos I wana talk to him more cos I miss him. I keep having bad dreams that he's cheating on me and I hate it. How can I make things better if he won't talk to me to try sort it out and I'm here alone panicking and really upset
