Abdomen pain

Anyone having abdomen pain? What kind?

How they got rid of it?
I m having shooting pain at the top of my tummy and it feels sore under the ribs every now and then
And sometimes I have cramps all over
I don't know whether it s the pregnancy or muscle pain or may be my lung collapsed again or an inflammation or something really dangerous and may be fatal
I m going crazy all over again
What to do to get rid of these vicious thoughts
I can't handle it
It s just too too much
