Hey guys, this may be a little long but I need I get this off my chest. So for the last two months I have has moderate to at times severe back pain. To give you am overview of myself I am 19 years old and have had back problems in the past. My cousin last year was diagnosed with cancer and the symptom he had was constant back pain. I have been worrying myself sick and googling every single ache and pain I feel in my body.

My lower back was what was at first hurting. It was more if a dull ache but constantly uncomfortable and I went to visit the chiropractor and he said it was just a lumbar sprain. So we got an x-ray (lumbar spine series) and they came back negative. I started stretching and my lower back started to get better. But, I now am working in a factory and am constantly lifting 30-50 pound boxes all day and developed upper back pain. Right underneath my two shoulders and its more of a burning/sharp sensation when I start lifting. Well I now have a numb spot under my left shoulder blade about mid way down my back about 2 or 3 inches off of my spine. It doesn't typically hurt but it's more numb than it isn't now and it's very annoying. Well now my lower back pain is back and it feels like its deep in the bones in very lower back an those two little bones that point out in your love handles (hips maybe) and also pain in my ribs and other random sharp pains in bones throughout my body.. I am honestly scared to death that I have some type of cancer & it's all that's been in my head for the last month in a half. I know this I long and the symptoms are very broad but if any if you have any input to give me please do!

I suffered from lower back pain for 10 years consistently.

Turned out to be directly related to my anxiety

When you feel like you've tried everything, go buy the book " The Healing Back" by Dr John Sarno

Your back will be healed by the time your halfway done

Changed my life and hasn't bothered me in 12 years.

Thank you very much, I'm definitely going to check it. But I'm just curious, what was your lower back pain like? If you'd like to fill me in..
