Been a decade now since ive been diagnosed with GAD. there was a long period of time in between where i had no symptoms of anxiety, but recently have been starting to get them again.
im 30 years old from Canada. as always, just branching out to different resources to help overcome this season of panics and anxiety :p

Welcome, Anxiety, like life, tends to ebb and flow. Negative thoughts creeping into your mind, separation, health scare ..could be a number of things. It will settle, try to be as nonreactive as possible. Be Well. Your Google Search landed you in a good place. I believe that Google Searches often bring you to exactly where you should be !
