Feeling Alone

Over these past few days I've felt a little down and alone, if you read my previous thread you'll understand I'm going through a lot but I just wondered if anyone else gets a few days where they just feel like being alone?

I have no one to talk to and this is why I turned to the forum, is there anyone I could keep in contact with or make friends with?
